How to Meal Prep in Under 5 Min – Garlic & Chilli Chicken
Knowing how to meal prep the night before is one of those things that we all know we need to do to improve our health, lose weight and take control of what we eat.
But it can be a right faff.
Not knowing what to have in, spending time in the evening after a long days work is the last thing you want to do.
Well fear no more my friend... my "5 Minutes or F*ck it" rule will have you eating delicious healthy food in less than 5 minutes.
1 tin of tomatoes
3 chicken breasts
1 cube chicken stock
1 head of broccoli
Just put it all into a slow cooker, give it a good mix & leave it on for 5 hours.
Simple as that!
